A Tribute to the Golden Age of Arabic Music
BIG Entertainment presented its signature Modern Takht concept, paying tribute to legendary Arabic music icons including Umm Kulthum, Abdel Halim Hafez, Layla Mourad and Farid El Atrash.
The repertoire recreated the warmth of Egypt's musical golden era for a contemporary corporate audience.
The Modern Takht Performance
The concept combines traditional Arabic orchestration with contemporary event production, bringing classical repertoire to modern audiences.
The performance featured Myrna Shalaby, Doaa Azab, Yahia Lokman and Sherif Yasser. BIG Entertainment's in-house styling team recreated recognisable visual references from the legendary artists for a modern live stage.
Music, Design and Atmosphere
The stage environment drew on Egypt's musical heritage through vintage posters, iconic portraits and traditional instruments. Music, styling and visual direction worked together as one complete experience.
A Memorable Ramadan Evening
More than 1,500 guests attended the evening. The performance blended music, culture and atmosphere within one of Cairo's most distinctive historic settings.
The event was organised, produced and directed by Dina Iskander, with entertainment presented by BIG Entertainment through the Modern Takht concept.
